Band of Builders is a charity created by the construction industry, for the construction industry, providing practical, financial and wellbeing support to tradespeople, construction workers and their families facing illness, injury or life-changing circumstances. From home adaptations and renovation projects to emergency financial assistance and mental wellbeing support, the charity makes a real difference when people need it most.

What makes Band of Builders unique is the way the industry comes together to help its own. Skilled volunteers, businesses and supporters donate their time, expertise and resources to deliver life-changing projects that restore independence, dignity and hope.

Lucy Furnival, Managing Director at Bluebay, said: "Here at Bluebay, we believe in the power of community and the importance of looking after the people who keep our industry moving. Band of Builders embodies those values perfectly, providing vital support to individuals and families during some of the most challenging times in their lives. We're proud to continue our support and play our part in helping the charity deliver such meaningful and lasting impact across the UK."

Team Bluebay look forward to supporting Band of Builders throughout the year ahead and helping raise awareness of the incredible work they do for our industry.
