Responsible for overseeing national operation, Lucy is leading the business through its next phase of growth.

She brings with her a wealth of industry experience, having previously held senior positions at ACS Stainless Steel, Hilti, SIG PLC, and Speedy Hire.

Paul is Technical Sales Director at Bluebay and one of the original founders of the business.

With decades of hands-on industry experience – including work on major projects such as HS2 and the O2 Arena in London – Paul has been instrumental in shaping Bluebay’s technical capabilities and reputation for service excellence. His extensive knowledge of building products and construction processes continues to drive innovation and deliver trusted technical support to customers across the UK.

Emma Ward is Sales Director at Bluebay, with a national remit supporting clients across the country.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge, having worked at senior levels within Travis Perkins and Grafton Group. Her most recent venture, working for Eternal Construction Group, developed her skill set working with architects and engineers to deliver a multimillion-pound project.

Emma lives in Leeds with her daughter Millie, Husband Mark and Buddy the Cockapoo.

Adrian is Regional Director for the South at Bluebay, overseeing our Cardiff and London depots, with a new site on the horizon in Thurrock.

With a strong track record in regional leadership and customer service, Adrian is responsible for driving performance, growth and operational excellence across the southern region. His focus on building strong local relationships and delivering technical expertise ensures that customers across the South continue to receive the high standards Bluebay is known for.

Mark is Regional Director for the North of England at Bluebay, leading operations across our Warrington and Gateshead depots – with expansion into Scotland on the horizon.

With a strong technical background and extensive regional experience, Mark plays a key role in delivering expert support to customers including tier 1 contractors and driving our northern growth strategy which is in an active recruitment drive.
