Bluebay Tack Coat K140 Emulsion is a cationic Bitumen Emulsion complying with grade C40B4 of BS EN:13808:2013. K140 is cold applied and when laid it gives an adhesive bond between an existing surface and any bituminous overlay. Quick setting K140 will speed up the operation and give exceptional adherence even in damp conditions.
