Starting her career in internal sales before moving into an external role, Mel has spent decades building relationships, supporting major projects across the UK, and connecting people. In fact, she's convinced she can find a link to someone she knows wherever she goes!

What attracted Mel to Bluebay? The energy, ambition, and opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey. Away from work, Mel is passionate about giving back to the industry. She is Chair of the South Wales Region for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity and Treasurer of the Concrete Society Wales Region, helping to support construction professionals through fundraising, networking, and industry events.

We're delighted to welcome Mel to the Bluebay team and look forward to seeing the impact she'll make.
