Emma Ward is a highly experienced commercial leader with over 25 years in the merchant sector. She began her career at W T Burdens before progressing through Frazer’s and Keyline, moving from internal sales into senior leadership roles.
Emma went on to become Business Development Director at Keyline, where she made history as the first female to reach board level in the company’s 70-year history.
Her career has spanned sales, operations, and supply chain, including roles as Head of National Sales and Housebuilders and Head of Supply Chain for civils and lintels. A pivotal moment came when redundancy led her to establish her own consultancy, giving her valuable insight from a customer perspective.

Tom White is an accomplished operations leader with more than 15 years of branch management experience and extensive expertise within the builder’s merchant sector. He has a proven track record of leading high‑performing, multi‑million‑pound operations, driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and commercial performance across complex, fast‑paced environments.
As Head of Operations for Bluebay, Tom specialises in operational excellence, process optimisation, governance, health & safety compliance, customer experience, and continuous improvement. He is recognised for implementing streamlined systems, strengthening operational standards, and enhancing productivity across diverse teams and sites.

Prior to joining Bluebay, Shaun was Head of Finance, Sales and Operations at Wales Interactive, where he led finance, HR, operations, and commercial strategy.
His diverse career path has enabled him to develop a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic insight. Notable achievements include supporting a period of significant business growth, securing a multi-million-dollar licensing deal, leading over £2 million of investment into new development projects, and contributing to the launch of a new publishing division.
Shaun joined Bluebay to apply his commercial finance expertise in a new environment, inspired by the company’s ambitious vision and the opportunity to play a key role in continued growth.
