Dean brings with him eight years of industry experience and an impressive career journey. Starting out as a van driver, he progressed into sales before ultimately stepping into a Branch Manager role, an achievement he is particularly proud of. Alongside a dedicated and ambitious team, Dean helped drive strong business performance, consistently achieving targets and contributing to the branch being recognised with a prestigious Branch of the Year award.  

A strong advocate for exceptional customer service, Dean believes that you're "only as good as your last order." Another principle that has guided him throughout his career is to "attack everything head on with a smile on your face," reflecting his positive outlook and determination to succeed. Dean was attracted to Bluebay by the passion, ambition, and growth mindset he encountered during his conversations with the team. The company's vision and values aligned closely with his own, making Bluebay an opportunity he was excited to be part of. Outside of work, Dean enjoys following football and brings the same enthusiasm, commitment, and team spirit to his professional life as he does to his sporting interests.
