His career journey has been shaped by a passion for people, combining hands-on leadership with a people-first approach to HR. He has a strong focus on organisational development, employee engagement and creating positive, high-performing workplace cultures. Danny was particularly drawn to Bluebay for our strong emphasis on culture, growth and our commitment to creating an inclusive environment where people can thrive. These are all values he is passionate about championing. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and spending time in Madeira, where his family are from, as well as making the most of quality time with his husband, family and friends.
