When asked what attracted her to Bluebay, she shared that a conversation with a colleague first sparked her interest. After learning more about the business, she was impressed by Bluebay’s forward thinking approach and genuine focus on employee wellbeing and work-life balance. Kayleigh was also inspired to see such strong female representation across the senior leadership team. Outside of work, she’s kept busy spending time with her family. In particular, her energetic two-year-old, who keeps her on her toes! We’re thrilled to have Kayleigh on board and look forward to seeing the impact she’ll make.
