His career has been built on hard work, dedication, and continuous development, progressing from Van Driver/Yardman through to positions including Shift Manager, Supervisor, and Planner. This breadth of experience gives him a valuable understanding of operations at every level.

When asked what attracted him to Bluebay, Richard highlighted the opportunity to join a company where he could make a positive impact, add value, and help develop processes and efficiencies that closely align with his own ethos and approach to continuous improvement. Outside of work, Richard enjoys staying active at the gym, helping maintain both his physical and mental wellbeing. He's also a keen football fan and enjoys fishing, travelling, and spending quality time with his family.
