Cut & Bent Reinforcement & Mesh Fabric
Reinforced Mesh Fabric (to BS 4483 Steel fabric for the reinforcement of concrete) consists of high yield steel bars welded together to form a mat. Standard fabrics are available in a range of fabric dimensions as shown in the Table, with a range of bar diameters.
Cut & Bent Rebar ranges in shape from simple structures to complex helixes, depending on your requirements. Modern building techniques demand the use of steel reinforcement, especially when considering concrete and masonry building structures. Because concrete has a low tensile strength, rebar – also known as steel reinforcing bar or steel reinforcing rods – will increase both the tensile strength of concrete and the load-bearing capability of foundations and building works.
