Solcourse Newt Barrier
Solcourse Newt Barrier can be used as temporary fencing (using a simple post and rail system) to either exclude, or contain newts, frogs, snakes, and other small animals thereby protecting them from entering hazardous areas. Solcourse Newt Barrier fences conform to the CIRIA “Wildlife Fencing Design Guide” and English Nature “Great Crested Newt Mitigation Guidelines” criteria.
Solcourse Newt Barrier is designed for the construction of physical barriers to protect and contain naturally occurring populations of endangered amphibian species. Barriers against these species are very important during the building of civil engineering projects.
Manufactured from 1000 gauge 2% UV stabilised polythene LDPE with a green tint.
