Timloc InvisiWeep Vent

Timloc InvisiWeep is an almost invisible wall weep which can be used in any situation where water must be discharged from external masonry wall. Including, over external lintels, at ground floor level and is perfect for use with the Timloc cavity tray system.

InvisiWeep has many innovative features, including a Venturi effect outlet tube that reduces water pressure, allowing for optimal drainage to the cavity and a 4mm vermin barrier and baffle, which keeps out nest building insects and reduces rainwater penetration to the cavity.

InvisiWeep also features a low-profile water outlet, which ensures minimal visibility when fitted, showing only a tiny weep hole, which is unobtrusive to the naked eye. The full height upstand to the cavity side enables drainage and ensures that the risk of blockage is reduced if cement builds up in the cavity. We also designed InvisiWeep with external ribs and a tapered profile, to key into mortar for a secured fixing.

InvisiWeep is available in a range of colours including clear, blue/black, black, brown, terracotta, buff, white and grey and can be purchased in pack quantities of 50 or 200.
